Terms of Service

These terms apply to the review reply and website assistant services provided by Dieudonné Uwimana ("Uwimana Apps", "we") to business clients ("you").
The service
We draft and post replies to your Google reviews and, if you choose, run a website assistant that answers questions and collects appointment requests. Price, payment and notice period are set out in a separate written agreement with each client.
Your responsibilities
- You must be authorized to manage the Google Business Profiles you connect.
- You approve replies to reviews that are sent to you for approval, and you confirm appointments with your customers.
- You tell us when your business information changes (hours, phone numbers, staff names).
Replies and content
Replies are drafted by software using only the business information you provide. We review the rules the software follows, but you remain responsible for replies posted on your profile. You can ask us to pause the service or change how replies are written at any time.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously and to fix problems within 2 business days. It depends on Google and other providers, so we cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted.
Ending the service
Either side can end the service as set out in your agreement. When it ends, we stop posting replies, remove our access to your Google profiles, and delete your data within 30 days.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
